Such a pleasant experience I explained to the cashier it was my first time in a Amsterdam coffee shop he explained how it works I brought pre rolled blunts excellent smoke friendly staff and the coffee is very nice to. Nice easy straight to the point no BS

Last week, my husband and I tried to go in. When I wanted to check if there were any empty tables inside, they wouldn't let us in; they wouldn't open the door. First shopping, then entry, what a concept! I just want to look! We bought something, went in because it was cold, but when we wanted something hot to drink, they said they had finished serving hot beverages. They didn't even bother to take our order. They didn't even clean the table. We go to Amsterdam every year, but this is the first time we've had to struggle so much to get service. I don’t like this place, there are many others and kind ones.

I was a often customer till yesterday around 21.30 me and my friend when we first arrived bought 2 grams to smoke with 3 people. After a hour our other friend joined us when she arrived at the coffeshop the bartender at the entrance told her that she has to buy again to enter then when i explained him that we bought it already smoking products when we arrived for all of us we will keep buying drinks at the lounge. Than he really got aggresive and mean sudenly and he said this is rule if you dont agree you can go then i said to him okey we will buy it more but also wanted to told my opinion to him and explained him really normal and kind language that we have bought enough dope for 3 person and we still get drinks and snacks at the bar inside and can pay it now Just that much dope is too much for us we are not junkies then he got more aggressive and told us to take ur stuff and leave. Like this he caused loss the extra revenue that the business going to earn and lost customers and give them a terrible experience i would not advise to visit this coffeshop to anyone that bar tender with blonde hair he should learn how to treat clients and understand how businesses make money

This is by far the best coffee shop I’ve ever visited. The quality of the weed is outstanding — anyone visiting Amsterdam should definitely check out Club Media House. The staff are super chill and friendly. They give you great, knowledgeable advice while you’re making your purchase. The atmosphere at Club Media is breathtaking and makes you want to stay and relax. Thank you for the best experience of my life.

Buy at the front. Get buzzed in. Drinks and snacks on hand for purchase. Do not move the chairs, as I was a little rudely advised. Like all coffee shops, weed good, cigarettes bad, so go outside for that. It has a good ambiance and an adequate amount of seating. I'm not sure if the location would be considered good or not, but it is on a sidestreet of a busy one. I'd return and would recommend it. Enjoy.
