Genuinely one of the best coffeeshops in the city The security is always rly chill and friendly and so is the staff inside I've never had issues in the 4floors and the staff have always been helpful and nice. The prices arent that bad and are mostly worth it with the quality of the weed and edibles Strongly recommend the place

My favourite out of the coffee shops I went to during my holiday. Staff are really friendly and helpful and theres a lot to choose from.

Their pre-rolls are 90 tobacco and 10 substance, I knew I shouldn't have taken pre-rolls but I was visiting Rotterdam for a day and I did not feel like rolling, but I threw away 10 euros

These were or should i say are awesome. First time grabbing edibles in Rotterdam and i wasn't left "cold" well i suppose today was hot day. 😁 Thanks 4 Floors!

Best in Rotterdam. Used to visit frequently whilst living here 6 years ago - glad to see nothings changed. Friendly door and tender staff, good prices, good quality. The space bar edibles are very strong!
