Yes it's shiny and fancy and yes the staff were friendly and knowledgeable at first. The reality of it is that it's all fluff. They act like it's all about wellness but their pre rolls use tobacco as standard. The older budtender came across quite condescending and/or frustrated multiple times. Two members of staff took a lot of joy CLEARLY talking about me in their native language in front of me. I get it, I'm a tourist, but treat me with respect, especially after I've just given you my hard earned money. The younger budtender clearly seemed uncomfortable with what the other two were doing. He was definitely the only highlight of the visit, a friendly smile and a good attitude. The flower I got was quite nice, but the pre roll and the service were not, doubt I'll try this company again.

Just went there in the afternoon yesterday. Very friendly, and knowledgeable personnel. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the gentleman at the counter, but he gave some very nice recommendations and gave interesting details on the product. Top quality, and amazing prices, especially for piatella. Given the price, I was a bit skeptical, but it was better quality than a lot of the rosin in the city. I'll definitely return for more soon!
