Hi guys, I'm black. Yesterday I had one the worst experience ever has a black person. I got in to the coffee shop (name) the security was nicely. First thing I did once I got inside was grabbing a seat by the fire 🔥 place because it was raining lots & my jacket was all wet, told my friend to pay for a thingy while I was warming my self up. First thing I notice was the female employee talking to the male employee and 👉 pointing towards me, than he came saying that I couldn't smoke in the establishments because the thingy had like some percentage of cigarettes, OK, I DINDT LET MY SELF DOWN BECAUSE OF THAT AND WALK TO THE CASHIER ONCE AGAIN TO BUY ONE THAT I COULD SMOKE INSIDE THE COFFEE... Even whit that I couldn't smoke and me and my friend had to leave, leave in that rain again after making 20something quilometers go and back 40km. The thing is that i saw 3 white dudes smoking inside the establishments by the pool table Yesterday u guys made feel like shit been a black man. I didn't invented slavery nor enslaved anyone. Now I ask my self it was because of my darkness that I couldn't sat and have my thingy?? And the guy all the time asking for forgiveness while he was stepping in a black guy feelings. thought (NL) left this racism shit long behind Even my friend is saying that U guys made us feel like idiot's...

We're long-time customers here. We've always been treated very kindly. Unfortunately, today we were like always, we bought a lot as usual, and went to sit down to have our hot chocolate while we smoked before leaving. We never stayed more than 40 minutes or so. I don't know what was happening today, but a guy with a rather rude attitude told us that we couldn't sit down because the place was full. It wasn't crowded, there were empty tables and we were already seated at one waiting to order our drinks. The problem is not that they won't let us sit inside, it's the waiter's attitude. It really seemed like we were criminals breaking the rules. We didn't do anything different than usual. It was sad, I wanted my hot chocolate. It wouldn't have been a problem if he came up to us and said "sorry we can't serve you the bar is closed so please leave" It was a bad surprise the way he spoke to us. We traveled from Belgium just to go to this place, so we were left with a bad taste in our mouths.

I had been a loyal customer of Grass Company in Den Bosch when I was living there, and I always left with the best impressions: polite staff, smiles, excellent service, and top-quality products. That’s why, as soon as I recently moved to Tilburg, I came straight to the Grass Company .. Unfortunately, this experience was the complete opposite. I didn’t even make it inside the shop because everything went wrong at the door. A short guy standing at the entrance spoke to me in an extremely rude and unacceptable manner. Since a friend dropped me off right in front of the shop with his car, I was denied entry. It wasn’t so much the policy that bothered me.. I can accept that. What really matters is the way you communicate it. His attitude was arrogant, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. With this kind of behavior, the shop lost not only a very good customer but also my entire group of friends. They should really pay attention to who they hire, especially for the door, because those people are the very first impression of the shop ,and in this case, it was a terrible one…

This coffeeshop has a much more laid-back and personal vibe compared to the bigger, touristy spots. The atmosphere feels local and authentic. A place where regulars and newcomers are equally welcome. The staff is friendly, relaxed, and happy to give advice without rushing you. There’s a small terrace in the back, a pool table inside, and even warm food available, which makes it easy to settle in and stay a while.
