Not selling cannabis to tourists/ only to residents of the Netherlands is normal and legal, however he also claimed that selling equipment is also not allowed. I checked this not only online but also with the City. It is bullshit and i assume he didn't know himself or couldn't be bothered. For Dutch people maybe a nice shop, but in general not recommendable.

I had a really disappointing experience at Miami in the Netherlands. When we visited, someone who seemed to be the owner or a staff member came up to us asking for our IDs. He then told us they only sell to locals and asked us to leave. Even when a local offered to help, we were still refused service. It felt discriminatory and completely unwelcoming. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who isn’t Dutch – they made it very clear we weren’t welcome.

Newly moved to Terneuzen and wasn't sure what to expect of this shop based on the reviews but as long as you are friendly and willing to show ID - we had no problems getting in. The problem is the clerk was a bit dismissive. I asked for a joint without tobacco and he gave me one with tabacco anyway - €3 a joint which is pricey for what you get since it might as well have been a cigarette. Wish we got better service - felt like we weren't very welcome - but I'll give it another try since its my local spot.
