⭐ 1 star I had a very unpleasant experience here. I bought €30 worth of weed and afterwards asked for rolling papers. I honestly didn’t know they had a rule that you must pay at least €15 extra with card to get rolling papers. This was not communicated clearly anywhere, and nobody mentioned it while I was paying. When I asked, the owner reacted very rude and made a big problem over one simple pack of papers after I already spent €30. It felt extremely unfriendly and customer hostile. There are plenty of coffeeshops in the city that communicate normally and treat customers with respect. I won’t be coming back.

If I could give 0 stars, I would have gladly done so. I went in to get two pre-rolled ones with gold caps. The guy in question immediately said, "I have a feeling you're getting it for someone else, so I'm refusing you." I told him I was getting it for myself and my girlfriend, who was waiting in the car and is 30 herself. This is what we normally do. I told the guy, "Yes, I'm over 18 (myself 26), why are you refusing me?" He repeated himself. I went outside and returned with my girlfriend, who was in the car. We tried to explain it, and he kept insisting that the guy was right and we were wrong. We won't be coming back.

A takeaway shop in the north of the city. The quality of the products is quite disappointing compared to the other shops in the city. I hope they will one day reopen the smoking area here so that people no longer have to consume their products outside on a bench.
