I have been a regular visitor of this coffeeshop and usually had positive experiences, which makes this incident disappointing. During our visit, my friend spilled a cola and politely called a staff member for help. Instead of handling it professionally, the staff member raised his voice and made the situation uncomfortable, especially as I do not speak Dutch fluently. I tried to stay calm, but the interaction felt unprofessional. This incident affected my trust in the establishment and raises concerns about how customers are treated when accidents happen.

The bartender was shockingly unprofessional, constantly talking instead of quietly cleaning up spilled drinks, which was incredibly disappointing (he did clean them up anyway).

The waiter, who had a mustache, swore loudly and acted in a very dramatic way, which was unpleasant. Apart from that, the place itself is great.
