Nonostante il nome, non c'è nulla di scozzese in questo coffeeshop. Highlander, situato su Bosboomstraat nel quartiere Tongelre (zona Lakerlopen), si specializza in una selezione piccola ma accuratamente curata di hash, varietà, spinelli preconfezionati e edibili. Sebbene non ci sia una sala fumatori, il negozio ha un'atmosfera rilassata dove puoi prendere una bevanda e rilassarti prima di andare via con il tuo acquisto. Highlander è aperto tutti i giorni dalle 11:00 alle 23:00, inclusi i giorni festivi. Sono accettati PIN, contanti e carte di credito. Il parcheggio è gratuito.

Weed is good and strong, I like this coffeshop.

Very unfriendly barkeeper and tourists are not welcome. I guess this guy didn’t wanted to make money on uns, we looked for a coffeeshop to relax inside and drink a cola, but when we got into this shop we got nothing but a unfriendly welcome and suspicious eyes on us.. the menu is also very small.. don’t go into Highlander if you high quality weed :) we ended up going in and just bought paper then instead of weed, just because it was so unwelcoming

Weed is tasty and strong, but bag weight is inconsistent. I’ve come here 4 or 5 times, and every time one or more of the bags I get contains significantly less than 1 gram. Like 0.1 to 0.15 grams is missing, despite me buying the most expensive products they offer. For example I just went in today and spent €15 for a gram of blue monster and €15 for a gram of ice cream cake. The Ice cream cake weighed out to exactly 1.0 grams whereas the blue monster came in at 0.83 grams. That’s nearly €3 or 17% of product missing! I normally would just think it was an accident and go about my day, but given it’s happened multiple times I felt the need to write this review.
