Don’t waste your money. Quality has dropped a lot. I used to come to this place 2 years ago just for the brownies and the white widow. So felt optimistic going back. Pre bagged weed so that suck already. But the quality was wow. They only give you the bud after you pay, but the smell was really bad. Gave it a try anyway and after the first half a j I threw it all out. Also took two brownies in the span of 2 hours and felt nothing.

I have been visiting this coffeeshop almost daily for the past month, typically in the mornings, and my experiences with the staff have always been positive. The employees particularly the South American man, based on his accent, have consistently been polite, helpful, and attentive. However, my visit this evening around 19:50–20:00 was noticeably different. I encountered an employee who refused to sell me two different products, one of which was under 1g. For context, I have regularly purchased at least 1g of a product and occasionally a small amount of another to try, and this has never been an issue. While I understand that policies may apply, the manner in which this was communicated felt unnecessarily abrupt. The employee repeatedly asked for the name of the colleague who had previously assisted me, as well as the specific time of my past visits, which came across as inappropriate and made me uncomfortable. As someone who has worked in this industry for 10 years, and currently owns my own business, I found this interaction unacceptable. I understand how and when rules should be enforced, and equally, how to communicate them respectfully to customers.

Quality of the weed was okay, nothing special but pretty good. Prices were also okay but nothing special. Shop was nice and staff friendly. I would have given 4 stars but all of their weed is pre-bagged in 1g bags. Pre-bagging already sucks but at least have different sizes of bag. When i buy 5g I don't want 5 bags of tiny buds. Also how am I supposed to properly inspect the weed before I buy it when it's all crushed up tiny nugs in tiny bags - I can't get the proper smell or see how the weed really looks.

the staff was very friendly and he explained everything, but unfortunately the brownie did nothing. Also, i could still taste the weed in the brownie which was not as nice.

Have been coming here for almost three years for their edibles. This time I bought the usual and waited for a long time but felt nothing - after having eaten the whole thing and the last meal I had was over 2 hours before. I go back to the store because this is very odd. Unfortunately the attendant didn't give me a refund or offer a replacement. It just feels wrong to be a loyal customer for so long, clearly have a faulty batch and to not recieve some consideration. On top of this, his excuse was that the manager was not in, even though he had just been talking to him. Unfortunately I will not be coming here again.
