great staff, guy behind the counter was amazing in helping me even tho it was hard to tell him what i wanted, sweet and strong, everything is amazing, the store is not at all overpriced, loved it! (crumbled lime, gorilla glue#4 and a gelato #41 pre-roll for the trip, loved it!) definitely coming back again!!!

Good stuff, good service. Most people angry because they cant prove their residence. I was asked nicely to prove it and after i proved i got my stuff simple! Thanks!

The staff member was a very serious and unfriendly guy who asked for our ID before even greeting us. There was indeed a sign stating that sales were only for residents of the Netherlands. However, he simply asked me if I had a Dutch bank account or if I was a foreigner. We told him we were foreigners but used Revolut. Even so, he insisted that sales were only for residents. We’ve been living here for over six months, and we were treated in a very rude manner. He asked us to prove that we were residing in the Netherlands. We showed him our work schedule, yet he still rudely told us, “Didn’t you hear me?” When I told him he was too stupid to work in customer service, he replied that I was the stupid one. The only good thing about the place was that it smelled nice. I’m giving one star because I can’t give less. We’ve been to many coffeeshops since moving here, and none have treated us the way this guy did. I would never go back and do not recommend going there.
