As a first-time tourist in Rotterdam, the security behaviour was very rude, & the flowers quality was bad "sooo dry" and I think they were lying about it, the price was also exorbitant.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this coffeeshop in Rotterdam. When I didn’t fully understand what the staff said in English, they started laughing at me in a rude and disrespectful way. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Instead of helping or explaining, they chose to mock me. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects basic respect and good customer service.

Please teach your security be polite. So sad that your nice coffeshop loose customers coz some of your staff doesn’t able speak nice. Unfortunately this is happening not first time. And it absolutely terrible that after work I wanted get relax but my evening and mood is ruined by your medewerker.

Really friendly bouncers, and staff. For people that love high grade hash i cant reccomend temple ball (berry or orange both are excellent) enough. So sticky you gotta store it in the fridge. The hazes are also great. A+
