I have some experience with coffee shops in the Netherlands. Everywhere, it's usually a bit tense. However, in Venlo and Venray, it's extremely so. If they don't want "stranger" customers, should they just say so?

Been there twice now both times had a very disappointing experience. Last time I brought 5 prerolled spliffs. No weed in there just tobacco. Then a few days ago brought some weed and it tastes like nothing and doesn’t get you high. I don’t even think it’s weed. It could be CBD. Don’t waste your time or money going here. FAKE.
