I had a very disturbing, and honestly quite painful experience at your shop today. I came by bike and parked it on a car parking place just in front of the shop. Since the side walk is very narrow, and there were no cars around, I thought it was a good idea. Especially since the shop was empty (it was around 1:45pm on the 3/2/26). When I ordered, the lady at the kassa told me that I could not leave my bike here, and she seemed quite upset. As I didn’t want her to think I was being disrespectful, I tried to explain her in Dutch why I had put it here, telling her I was sorry and would not do it again. She answered on a very agressive tone, telling me not to make problems. I was not making problems, but trying to explain her, especially since she seemed so angry. Anyway, my Dutch is not good and I have assumed that I didn’t express clearly, so I asked her if I could speak English. She said yes so I started to explain again, but she cut me, telling me that if I was going to be difficult, she would make me move my bike before serving me. At that point, other customers had entered the shop. I told her I could do that, no problem, but she told me on a very agressive tone not to be difficult. She pressed me to get my product and some other stuff I can’t remember. I really didn’t understand why she was so agressive and berating, and I felt so helpless that I must admit I snapped and reacted poorly. I stormed out shop leaving the product on the counter. The cashier seemed outraged, and I ended up doing the scene she was accusing me on doing ;) And not without showing a tasteful middle finger. I am very aware that your cashier will have another version of that story. I am autistic and I can miss clues (and snap), but I don’t miss people’s responses. That’s why I try to explain when I feel I have misjudged a situation, and potentially offended someone. She had no way to know, but that’s also the case with any other people I encounter every day, and who keep acting decent. It was an extremely unpleasant, humiliating feeling.

The girl behind the counter is the most unpleasant budtender (i'm not sure she can even be addressed as such) i have had the misfortune to interact with. Haughty, patronising and extremely arrogant, her parents clearly failed miserably at teaching her proper manners.

Chilled, friendly staff. There’s a large selection of strains; some I’ve never seen or heard of before. Prices are fair and reflect the quality/strength. Was happy with all of my flower and overall it was some of the cleanest 🌿 I’ve had in NL in a while - bravo 🎯

Lovely shop fantastic tasty bud. I got the indica pre rolled 5 pack gummies 15 mg and cookies cinnamon all very good very tasty and very good prices, joints were super strong 😂 would travel to Zandaam just for the shop again was a very beautiful place quirky almost

Here they steal your money! Paid with 50 euros and got change back from 20 euros. When I tried to raise a complaint they became very rude and denied it happened. Just another typical low level shop run by low level people. Groets.
