De kroon is absolutely one of the best coffee shops around! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I recently visited again and I was really happy to see Alessandro — the security guard who truly knows how to make people feel comfortable and safe. He remembered me and made me feel right at home all over again. His positive attitude and professional approach add so much to the experience. Great place, great vibes, and even better people. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

The best coffee shop in Amsterdam. Love this place. 4th trip to Amsterdam and I return to De Kroon every time. Extremely friendly staff who know their stuff. Sweet little coffee bar in the back. My trip was altered by a day and the staff at De Kroon allowed me to chill with them until my room came available. Shout out to Midya. Amazing person and wonderful employee. This American will return.

Open early in the morning Affordable prices and good menu! Ladies staff in the morning are so nice and welcoming ( wonderful barista by the way… ) Close to centraal station, fully recommended !
