Subscription Terms

1. Overview

These subscription terms govern the paid services offered by cannabizzz.nl to coffeeshop owners ("subscriber", "you"). By subscribing to a Pro or Business plan, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Use. These terms apply to all subscription plans offered through cannabizzz.nl.

2. Subscription plans

Cannabizzz.nl offers two subscription tiers:

Pro — Full menu management, strain library access, real-time updates, and priority support.

Business — Everything in Pro, plus visitor and traffic analytics, product performance insights, dedicated in-store display page, priority placement in city listings, and custom branding options.

Feature details and current pricing are displayed on the For Owners page. We reserve the right to modify features and pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect on their subscription.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices displayed on cannabizzz.nl are in euros and exclude 21% Dutch VAT (BTW), which is added at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, iDEAL, Bancontact, and SOFORT. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds.

4. Billing cycle

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, either monthly or yearly depending on the plan selected at checkout. Your billing cycle begins on the date of your first payment. Monthly subscriptions renew on the same date each month. Yearly subscriptions renew on the same date each year.

5. Auto-renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the beginning of each new billing period using the payment method on file.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to all paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. After cancellation, your listing reverts to the free tier and your shop will remain listed with basic information but without the features included in Pro or Business plans.

7. Refund policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to voluntary cancellation, closure of the coffeeshop, change of ownership, loss of coffeeshop license, or dissatisfaction with the service. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

8. Data ownership

Menu data, product descriptions, and other content you add to your listing through the management dashboard remains your property. You grant cannabizzz.nl a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display this content on our platform for the duration of your listing. Upon cancellation, your custom content may be removed or replaced with publicly available information. The strain library, platform design, and all other cannabizzz.nl content remain our intellectual property.

9. Acceptable use

As a subscriber, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information about your coffeeshop, keep your menu and business information up to date, not use the platform to promote illegal activities beyond the tolerated sale of cannabis under Dutch law, and comply with all applicable Dutch laws and municipal regulations, including the AHOJG criteria.

10. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription without refund if you violate these terms or our Terms of Use, provide false or misleading information, use the platform in a way that could harm cannabizzz.nl or its users, or fail to maintain valid payment information. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before suspension, except in cases of serious violations.

11. Service availability

We aim to keep cannabizzz.nl available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

12. Governing law

These subscription terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
