The owner wears his watch on his forehead – that pretty much says it all. Today I went in and asked for 5 grams of Indica Select. Instead, I was given Sativa. I only noticed when I was already rolling my joint and opened the package. I immediately pointed it out in front of the staff that I had received the wrong product. Their response? Since I had already opened the package, they refused to correct their own mistake. So I was forced to take home a product I never asked for. They even called the manager for me — who was unbelievably rude and condescending on the phone. People like that shouldn’t be allowed to serve customers. Their problem-solving skills are non-existent. They can’t handle being wrong, and they have no intention of finding any kind of middle ground. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. I was yelled at over the phone as if I had done something wrong, when in fact they made the mistake. Totally unacceptable. If you want to smoke good joints, this is definitely not the place to go!!!!!!! Part 2 also forgot to mention that when I spoke with the owner or manager, the lady immediately changed her attitude as soon as she realized I spoke English. She didn’t even let me finish what I was saying and just responded with “Blablabla” while I was talking. There is a camera system in the shop, so I kindly ask the manager to review the footage and listen to what I said. What happened to me yesterday was completely unfair.! The owner of this shop has shown clear signs of racism, which is why I have reported them to the municipality in Nijmegen. I believe this kind of behavior is unacceptable and must be addressed.!

I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. I've been there a few times now and the workers were always friendly, the weed is good and they give good advice and are patient while you choose. The ONLY thing I didn't enjoy was the dark atmosphere inside, but that's personal liking xD Thank you!
