Malgré son nom, il n'y a rien d'écossais dans ce coffeeshop. Highlander, situé sur Bosboomstraat dans le quartier de Tongelre (quartier de Lakerlopen), se spécialise dans une petite sélection soigneusement choisie de hash, de variétés, de joints précoulés et de produits comestibles. Bien qu'il n'y ait pas de salle fumeurs, le shop dispose d'une atmosphère décontractée où vous pouvez prendre une boisson et vous détendre avant de partir avec votre achat. Highlander est ouvert tous les jours de 11h00 à 23h00, y compris les jours fériés. Les paiements par PIN, espèces et cartes de crédit sont acceptés. Un parking gratuit est disponible.

Weed is good and strong, I like this coffeshop.

Very unfriendly barkeeper and tourists are not welcome. I guess this guy didn’t wanted to make money on uns, we looked for a coffeeshop to relax inside and drink a cola, but when we got into this shop we got nothing but a unfriendly welcome and suspicious eyes on us.. the menu is also very small.. don’t go into Highlander if you high quality weed :) we ended up going in and just bought paper then instead of weed, just because it was so unwelcoming

Weed is tasty and strong, but bag weight is inconsistent. I’ve come here 4 or 5 times, and every time one or more of the bags I get contains significantly less than 1 gram. Like 0.1 to 0.15 grams is missing, despite me buying the most expensive products they offer. For example I just went in today and spent €15 for a gram of blue monster and €15 for a gram of ice cream cake. The Ice cream cake weighed out to exactly 1.0 grams whereas the blue monster came in at 0.83 grams. That’s nearly €3 or 17% of product missing! I normally would just think it was an accident and go about my day, but given it’s happened multiple times I felt the need to write this review.
