I was a loyal VIP Utrecht customer for 5 years. We always sat quietly behind the shop, keeping things clean and respectful. Sadly, noisy groups brought patrols, a smoking ban — and now you’re not even allowed to buy if you sit on a bench. The other day, I sat briefly with an energy drink. Just like two days earlier, I only wanted to buy some weed and head home. Back then, no issue. This time, the owner blocked me because I “chose the bench.” Correct me if I’m wrong, but banning someone just for sitting on a bench sounds a bit… extreme? Instead of pushing away calm, loyal customers, maybe focus on the real problem. Thanks VIP, for 5 years of loyalty and money. Totally worth it.

Good assortment of strains, edibles and gummies. They are a bit pricey for the bud quality, which is good but not awesome. VIP does make up for that with deals and a friendly living room vibe. Up there among the best shops in Utrecht!
